About the role

MyPholyo is building a new category: the operating system for portfolio careers. More and more people earn beyond one job title, and our mapper lets them see every role and income stream in one place. We launch publicly at Playground at Hatfield House on 5 November. Now we need to grow to 10,000 mapped careers. That’s your job. What you’ll do You’ll own the mapper growth number. You’ll grow our audience alongside our founder, build the funnel from audience to mapper, turn our launch into mapped careers, and report the numbers weekly. You’ll ship small growth experiments every week, measure them honestly, and use AI like a power user. Who you’ll work with You’ll report to June Angelides MBE and work closely with Vicky, our fractional CMO, on campaigns. June began her career at Silicon Valley Bank, founded Mums in Technology, the UK’s first child-friendly coding school, and is an FT Most Influential Tech Leader and a LinkedIn Top Voice. What success looks like Mapped careers per month. The share of people who start a map and finish it. Experiments shipped per week. Success is mapped careers, not followers or impressions. What we offer £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to mapped careers. Remote, with regular in-person days in London.
